FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Xumanii is a brand new company that offers a service like no other. We are currently looking for sales representatives working in the music and art industries that are dedicated and hard working. We are looking for candidates in various cities in North America and Europe. Candidates must have great communication skills (not be afraid to go up to people), be outgoing and like to going to shows and events. They must also be independent and have great networking skills.

COMPANY INFORMATION - XUMANII.COM

Xumanii is a brand new Social Networking website specialized in the broadcasting of live events for artists and producers. The site will be launched in December 2008. Artists and producers can create their own Xumanii profile page, upload images, videos and mp3’s as well as create blogs and display upcoming events to make their page more appealing.

Xumanii is to live events as YouTube is to videos.

When broadcasting a live show, producers can use as many cameras as they like and use the Xumanii Stream Manager to live-edit their feeds allowing them to professionally broadcast their events for free. They can cover sound checks, shows, backstage activities, VIP areas and even wrap parties. Basically, whatever they can think of! They can now offer their fans and viewers a high quality live feed for free.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Xumanii is currently looking for dynamic people to work full time as field representative. You will need to book appointments with clients, meet them and sell the company’s products. Our clients can range from artists, records labels, managers, clubs, venues, hotels, fashion designers, wedding planners, event producers, festivals, conventions, etc.

The equipment you will be selling will range between 600 and 1500 USD. You will be selling the necessary equipment producers will need to broadcast their events live on our web site. You are expected to generate a minimum of 15 sales per month. (The equivalent of approx. 15 000 USD in gross sales) You will also be responsible for full client satisfaction and customer support, as needed.

SALARY

You will earn a base salary of 100 000 USD/year, + commissions. There are no other benefits attached to this job.

REQUIREMENTS

• STRONG ability to sell
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Must be a quick learner
• 5 years experience in selling a reputable brand, must relate to very high end brands
• Superior communication skills, in person, on the phone and by email. Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Highly motivated
• Results oriented
• Has own vehicle, smart phone, home office, and laptop computer (XP or Vista, Dual Processor required)
